Contact the Editorial Desk

We answer for what we publish, and we tell you plainly how to reach us and how to reach the broker.

What our partner offers

Editorial Languages

This desk reads and writes in English. Correspondence in English reaches the editor directly, without an intermediary step.

We also read incoming messages in French, Spanish, and Italian, though replies in those languages may take longer to prepare. If your question concerns a specific page or review on this site, include the page address in your message so we can locate the text you are referring to.

We do not offer live chat, telephone support, or spoken-language interpretation. Everything is handled in writing, which keeps a record for both sides.

Complaints About This Site

If you believe something we have published is inaccurate, incomplete, or unfair, write to the editorial desk using the contact form on this site. It helps if you identify the passage, explain what you think is wrong, and, where relevant, point us to the source that supports your view.

We treat complaints about our own content as an editorial matter, not a customer service matter. That means the person who reviews your complaint is the same desk that produced the article. We aim to acknowledge every complaint within five working days and to give a substantive reply within fifteen working days. If a correction is warranted, we will amend the page and note the change on it.

We do not mediate disputes between readers and any broker. We are not the broker, we do not hold client money, and we cannot reverse a trade, release a withdrawal, or alter an account decision. Complaints about the broker's conduct fall outside what this desk can resolve.

Broker Support

Questions about an account, a deposit, a withdrawal, a trading platform, or a verification step belong with the broker itself. This site has no access to client records and cannot act on your behalf. The broker's own support channels, including whatever live chat, ticket system, or contact details it publishes, are the routes to use.

We describe the broker's published terms and processes in our reviews, but we cannot confirm the status of an individual case or speed up a response. If you write to us about a broker issue, we may refer you back to the broker's support rather than answer the substance of the query.

Response Times and Press

General editorial correspondence is normally answered within five working days. Press enquiries, including requests for comment, data, or background, should be marked as such in the subject line and are handled by the same desk; expect a reply within three working days where the request is clear and the deadline stated.

Partnership enquiries are read, but we are selective. We do not accept payment for coverage, and any commercial arrangement is kept separate from editorial judgement and disclosed where relevant. If you are unsure whether your proposal falls within that boundary, ask before sending materials.

Corrections and rights requests take priority over general correspondence. Please include your contact details in the body of the message so we can reply; we do not publish reader contact details.
